Data and account deletion
You do not need the app, and you do not need to be signed in, to read this page or to ask for a deletion.
Settings tab, then Delete Account. Your sign-in record goes and the vents stored on the phone go with it, immediately. There is no undo, so it is worth being sure.
Email hankimproduction@gmail.com from the address the account uses and put Delete somewhere in the subject. That is the whole procedure. Writing from the account's own address is what identifies you, so there is no form to fill in and no ID to send. Most are done the same day. None take longer than 30 days, and you get a written confirmation when it is finished.
Lost access to that address? Say so through the support form. It reaches the same person.
The account, meaning your email address and the sign-in credentials Firebase Authentication holds for you. Every vent on it: what you wrote, the date, and the emotion labels, both on the phone and in the Firestore copy if Cloud Backup was ever switched on. The flag saying whether Ventlog Pro was active goes too.
None of it is archived, and nothing you wrote has ever been used as training data.
Google and Apple bill the subscription. That billing history is theirs, kept under their own rules, and no request here reaches it. Cancel in Google Play or in your Apple ID settings, and take it up with them if you want those records gone as well.
Firebase keeps encrypted backups of its own infrastructure, which cycle out within 30 days. Nothing is ever pulled back out of them into a live account.
The classifier holds nothing at all. A vent's text goes to it, comes back tagged, and the server drops the text in the same breath.
Press and hold it in the list, then tap the trash button. Everything else stays put.
