Support — Vent log

Vent log is made by one person in Montréal. The form below reaches him directly, usually within a day.

Cancel the subscription: On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ventlog. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Apple handles the billing, so cancelling inside the app is not possible.
Restore a purchase after reinstalling: Sign in with the same account, open the Settings tab and tap Restore purchase.
Move your entries to a new phone: Switch on Cloud Backup in the Settings tab before you change phones, then sign in with the same account on the new one. With Cloud Backup off, entries live only on the phone that wrote them.
Delete one entry: Press and hold it in the Vents list, then tap the trash button.
Delete the account: Settings tab, then Delete Account. That removes your sign-in and the entries on the phone. If you ever had Cloud Backup on, write to the form above from the account's email address and the uploaded copy is deleted within 30 days.
The labels are wrong: They are a model's reading of your words alone, with no context about your life, so it will miss things. Send the entry and the label you expected and it goes into the next round of training.
